Please note: Until you are sure whether the item is suitable for your space, please retain the original packaging. If an item is returned without the original packaging, it will not be able to be returned.

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund after placing an order and before delivery has been made. Important: If customers cancel an order while the item is in transit, we will try our best to cancel the delivery. We will charge a processing fee. However, if it is not possible to cancel the delivery, you can refuse delivery (please do not open the package upon receipt) unless you change your mind and decide to keep it. If you refuse it, you will also be charged a processing fee. (Processing fee: 3.4% for credit card users, 4.5% for PayPal users, 5.19% for Klarna users). Once the item has been properly delivered, this will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply.

The return service is currently available to continental United States orders only. The product must be returned with all the original packaging, parts kit, and manual. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria. Important: Consumers will not be charged a return fee for the first return of an order. If a second return is initiated on the same order, the customer will be charged a return fee.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
